Job Description
Prepare and review income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and various other accounting statements and reports. Analyze and collect financial reports and records, making recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures. Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records. Assist in evaluating, recommending, maintaining, and monitoring appropriate internal controls. Maintain internal control documentation. Interact with internal and external stakeholders in responding to inquiries or report requests. Conduct special studies and develop or recommend accounting methods and procedures. Instruct or assign work to staff and external vendor partners. Coordinate accounting matters with other departments and locations. Utilize computers to input, retrieve, or display accounting information. Reconcile and review assigned accounts.

Candidates will work 100% remote. If they prefer to work in the office, they are welcome to do so. The office is located in Stillwater, MN. Candidates will start with other new team members and will have at least 2 direct/indirect reports focusing heavily on reconciliations. The team values flexibility and does not require micro-management. This is a great opportunity to grow within the organization and potentially join the team long-term.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00
