Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accountant in Westlake Village, California. This role involves a wide range of accounting duties and requires expertise in areas such as Public Accounting, CPA, QuickBooks, and Lacerte Tax Software. Responsibilities: • Manage financial transactions and reports using QuickBooks and Quickbooks Online • Execute various public accounting tasks effectively and efficiently • Use Lacerte Tax Software to prepare and process tax returns and reports • Leverage CPA skills to review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance • Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls and procedures • Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Maintain accurate customer credit records and update them as needed Requirements • Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory. • Proficiency in using Lacerte Tax Software is required. • Experience in Public Accounting is a prerequisite. • Applicants must have skills in using QuickBooks. • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is necessary.
