Overview
Contribute to the TDW finance team by performing corporate accounting activities and participating in the establishment and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures. Financial Accountant will perform a variety of accounting functions and other projects as requested.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Performs a variety of accounting activitiesResponsible for the preparation of annual audit schedules .Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures and local legal requirements.Participates in special projects, such as internal audits, as the need arises.Seeks ongoing feedback, and actively participates in setting personal objectives in line with team objectives.Assist at the Finance ManagerDevelops and contributes to a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance.Contributes to the continuous improvement process within the team.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accountingExperience with ERP'sExperience in accountingExcel experience required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to develop technical accounting skillsStrong technical accounting skills.Ability to understand overall business operations and perform analytical reviews.Detail orientedAbility to understand overall business operations and perform analytical reviews,Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team and with all levels of employees.Must be able to speak Spanish and EnglishProficient in the use of accounting software packages and capable of performing advanced spreadsheet applications.
