Description We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for an Accountant and Benefits Liaison in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role primarily focuses on managing daily and monthly financials, along with regular communication with participants and vendors. Responsibilities: • Handle reconciliation of bank statements • Oversee cash receipts and ensure timely fund transfers • Track and conduct eligibility audits • Generate and distribute monthly financial statements • Organize annual financial audits • Deliver customer service through incoming phone calls and emails • Working with the monthly balance sheet • Carry out other duties as assigned.
