Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This role involves working closely with our financial team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Responsibilities: • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports • Undertake bank statements and general ledger analysis and reconciliation • Handle the posting of journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue • Maintain and document all fixed assets • Regularly perform reconciliations of all accounts to confirm their accuracy • Provide necessary information and respond to auditor inquiries during the annual audit • Keep an orderly and efficient accounting filing system • Advocate for and enforce adherence to all relevant laws and company policies.
