Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a Part-Time Accountant for our client, a manufacturing company, for a minimum 3-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background, experience with bank reconciliations, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. This role offers flexible scheduling. Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records Manage QuickBooks transactions and ensure accurate reporting Utilize Excel for financial analysis and reporting Support general accounting functions as needed Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing industry experience Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Additional Details: Schedule: Part-time (max 3 days per week) Duration: Minimum 3-month commitment Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please contact us at (314) 262-4344 to learn more. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. • Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with Currency Exchange procedures. • Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry is beneficial.
