Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plant Accountant to join their team. As a Plant Accountant, you will be part of the finance department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a highly organized approach, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title:** Plant Accountant 1st Shift **Location:** Londonderry, NH **Pay Range:** Suggested Pay Rate: $95,000 **What's the Job?** + Review production order variances and WIP aging report. + Monitor plant expenses and approve plant purchase requisitions. + Prepare annual plant budget and monthly plant forecast. + Lead the plant's annual Physical Inventory working with the operations team. + Assist Plant Manager and operations team with ad hoc analysis and routine reporting. **What's Needed?** + 2+ years of related experience working for a manufacturing company with a fully integrated ERP system, preferably SAP. + BS Degree in Finance or related field. + Prior experience leading physical inventories. + Advanced Excel skills. + Strong ability to communicate technical accounting materials to non-accountants. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. + Collaborative team atmosphere focused on operational excellence. + Chance to contribute to impactful financial decisions. + Professional growth and development opportunities. + Engagement in meaningful projects that drive profitability.
