Description Robert Half is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Accountant to join our client in the HOA management industry. If you have experience in accounting, particularly within property management or a similar industry, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: + Process and manage invoices for property-related expenses and services. + Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. + Adjust and process HOA fees for active residents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and updates. + Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. + Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and accounting standards. + Collaborate with other departments to address any financial discrepancies or concerns. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for the role. • Familiarity and experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial. • Ability to perform all Accounting Functions is expected. • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. • Skills in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Experience in managing Balance Sheet Account is a must.
