Description We are in need of an Junior Accountant to join our team located in Pasadena, California. You will be tasked with managing account reconciliations, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data extraction and report generation. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Manage and perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance • Handle aspects of accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices • Manage aspects of accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of payments • Utilize Microsoft Excel to extract relevant financial data as needed • Generate financial reports using the extracted data for review and analysis Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) operations • Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Demonstrated experience in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
