Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, ensuring the precision and integrity of financial data • Undertake special projects requiring financial analysis and forecasting, thereby providing valuable insights for decision making • Generate detailed financial reports, contributing to transparency and accountability in our financial operations • Assist with administrative duties, such as mail deliveries and front office support, ensuring the smooth running of the office • Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software to optimize our financial processes • Apply your exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the non-profit sector • Proficiency in bank reconciliations • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel • Exceptional administrative skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks preferred.
