What You Will Do:

 Cost system maintenance and cost closing

Annual Standard cost revision

Prime product and/or component cost monitoring & analysis

Standard and current cost grief resolution

Standard cost setting and analysis

Accountable profitability reporting & analysis

Inventory management, reporting & budget

Material cost, cost variance analysis

NPC support including future cost, should cost and alternative analyses

Financial accounting including consolidation, analysis and communication of division or multiple business units’ results / explanations, presentation and explanation of results to management

Provide technical expertise and perform more complex accounting work that supports business processes. 

Apply accounting knowledge and provide guidance on accounting issues

Coordinate new legal entity setup related work in Business Resources Team, including but not limited to:

CBS FI/CO modules master data review, cleaning and creation for P2P cutover preparation

CBS FI/CO module UAT testing, Product P&L redesign, CBS accounting and cost data review and validation during cutover, support P2P open items cleaning and GMD process setup after P2P go-live

Legal entity, Costing and Accountable reporting Support to GMD business

GMD monthly closing including GIT accrual, local inventory report, PPV analysis, sales &Capital and accounts reconciliation.

Monthly EPC grief clearing, quarterly customer PCM, cost data maintenance in CBS and annually standard cost revision for GMD parts.

Accountable reporting - Monthly expense and full P&L report/analysis to BU, annual business plan.

PWC audit coordinate, Statistic report, Joint annual report of industrial and commercial inspection, annual tax survey, subsidy request etc.

Sales analysis, royalty settlement and AP/AR grief clearing support.

Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.

Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
 

Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Required Qualifications:

4 years Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills

Proficient in English

Desired Qualifications:

Have strong interest or experience in big data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Power apps, Power Automate, Python etc..

3-5 years Costing experience.
