· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
· 0-3 years of relevant accounting experience
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in use of Excel, and interest in further expanding Excel skills
· Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods if needed
· Highest standards of ethical behavior when carrying out job responsibilities
· Highly motivated and team-oriented
· Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
· Excellent organization skills
· SAP, Salesforce, Alteryx, or PowerBI knowledge is a plus
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experienceWorking Conditions:
