Responsibilities: • Leverage Excel Formulas to streamline financial data processing and reporting • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records • Analyze financial data and generate reports for decision-making • Handle financial queries and provide appropriate resolutions • Monitor financial transactions and ensure they are correctly recorded • Collaborate with team members to improve financial operations and procedures. Benefits: + Medical PPO Plan - Company paid 100 % for Employee and about 90% for dependents. + Dental PPO Plan – Company paid 100 % for Employee + Vision PPO Plan + Health Reimbursement Account + Short-Term Disability + Long-Term Disability + 401K Plan + 11 Paid Holidays + PTO and Sick time + Tuition Reimbursement Requirements • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role in the finance sector. • Proficiency in Excel Formulas is a mandatory requirement. • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification would be a significant plus. • Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or other financial management systems. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
