In this role, successful applicants will support financial operations at Crescent Community Health Center. The accountant works in collaboration with various departments within the health center to ensure financial accuracy with a primary focus on maintaining the accounts payable system and maintaining inventory on all equipment. The accountant will perform all the traditional accounting duties including general cost accounting, processing of invoices and payments, assisting with month-end and year-end close, and reconciling bank accounts. Additionally, the accountant helps with the annual audit and of course create and run all the necessary reports and presentations that an accountant is normally responsible for. What are the minimum requirements you need to apply? To be considered, you must have at least a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or have an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
