Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in the Legal industry at our Roseland, New Jersey location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various treasury activities and maintaining financial records with a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities: • Accurately documenting daily cash and trust transactions • Assisting with the reporting of bank activity on a daily basis • Resolving any discrepancies found in cash transactions • Ensuring all treasury payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner • Maintaining and updating financial records, logs, and spreadsheets • Reconciliation of bank deposits and payments • Utilizing accounting software systems to streamline accounting functions • Adhering to strict deadlines in a dynamic work environment • Utilizing skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ADP - Financial Services, and Concur • Balancing sheet accounts and auditing as necessary.
