Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Accountant in Greenville, South Carolina, within the Services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for handling payroll, client onboarding, and managing the reconciliation process. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments • Facilitate client onboarding, offering a smooth transition for new customers • Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures • Conduct thorough research to resolve any issues and discrepancies • Oversee the bill pay process, ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner • Regularly verify insurance benefits, ensuring all policies are up-to-date • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Proficiency in Benefits Payroll, having a deep understanding of its application and management in a detail-oriented setting. • Demonstrable experience with Outstanding Benefits, ensuring a thorough understanding of its implications and management. • Ability to Verify Insurance Benefits efficiently and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors and promoting best practices. • Extensive knowledge of Reconciliations, demonstrating the ability to balance accounts and resolve any discrepancies. • Proven experience in Bill Pay, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. • Strong research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively. • Experience in Researching Discrepancies, with a focus on identifying and resolving any irregularities in financial data. • Proficiency in Variance Analysis, demonstrating the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret differences in financial performance.
