Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant based in Tucson. In this role, your main function will be to handle financial statements, manage accounts, and assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. Your workplace will be a dynamic environment where meticulousness and understanding of financial transactions are crucial. Responsibilities: • Accurately prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, in compliance with accounting standards. • Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring prompt recording and reconciliation of all vendor payments and homeowner dues. • Execute bank and account reconciliations, pinpointing and addressing discrepancies to preserve fiscal integrity. • Provide support in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and assist during board meetings and audits as needed. • Uphold a detailed record of all financial transactions, adhering to policies and regulatory compliance standards. • Utilize financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. • Handle general ledger activities and journal entries. • Perform month-end close procedures efficiently.for Requirements • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is required • Knowledge in managing General Ledger is crucial • Ability to handle Journal Entries is necessary • Experience with Month End Close procedures is important Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
