As our Accountant, you will perform activities concerned with general ledger and financial reporting. You will assist in the process of accurately stating financial position of the hospital. What you will do in this role: + You will assist in performance of monthly general ledger closing process. + You will prepare daily and monthly reports for key indicators and statistics. + You will review and reconcile daily charge and batch reports. + You will reconcile assigned Balance Sheet accounts on a timely basis. + You will assist with fixed asset database maintenance and reconciliations. + You will assist with preparation of documentation for internal or external audit, tax work papers and Cost Report **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. + Experience in health care accounting preferred. + Strong computer experience, including Excel. + Good oral and written communications skills. + Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with individuals. + Additional languages preferred.
