Situated in Houston, Texas, the chosen candidate will be integral to our accounting services sector. The role involves meticulous attention to financial details, maintaining precise records, and addressing any relevant queries. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting services • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial operations • Resolve any accounting-related inquiries efficiently • Monitor financial accounts and take necessary action when required • Process financial transactions with precision and accuracy • Regularly review and update account records for accuracy Requirements • Applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar qualification is highly desirable • Proven experience in an accounting role is a must • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks or similar platforms • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Excellent proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex accounting issues • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both independently and within a team • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
