Responsibilities: Put together Accounts payable batches Oversee creditors clerk Invoicing Debtors and creditors reconciliations Cashbooks and credit card reconciliations Bank payment processing  Accruals Manage payroll for 4 companies Put together payroll journals Run Stock counts Put together stock journals Manage cash flow and projections Put together Sales reports Manage Petty cash Manage Medical aid claims Order office supplies Manage Intercompany payments, transactions and loan accounts Submit EMP201s, EMP501s and IRP5s Put together Profit and Loss Report (balance sheet and income statement) Oversee management accounts  Requirements: Qualification: BCom, SAIPA, AGA(SA) with 2 years post articles experience Experience: previous experience within hospitality and restaurant environment  Working knowledge of Sage Evolution, Pilot (advantageous) Own reliable transport essential Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
