Benefits & Perks:Up to 65K Base Salary with Annual BonusComprehensive Health and Dental coverage for you and your family.Registered Retirement Savings Plan with company matching contributions.Subsidized Company Share Ownership plan.Instant Pay: through pay streaming, you can have instant access to earnings without having to wait for payday!Responsibilities:Record and post daily financial transactions and journal entries.Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balances.Maintain general ledgers.Assist with budgeting and forecasting.Prepare internal financial reports for management.Process journal entries and reconciliations.Conduct bank reconciliations, including deposits and electronic funds transfers.Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.Manage intercompany account reconciliations.Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports.Create and maintain various reports, including monthly and quarterly ad-hoc reports.Prepare reports for GST, PST, and Statistics Canada.Contribute to ESG reporting by providing financial data and analysis.Perform bank reconciliations.Qualifications:Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or actively pursuing.1-3 years of experience in a similar role; a combination of work experience and education will also be considered.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Advanced Excel skills would be considered an asset.
