Adecco is currently hiring an Accountant for a great opportunity in Woodbridge, NJ! This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 remote day each week. This is a contract opportunity with weekly pay at $30 an hour. **Qualifications & Education:** + Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university + 1-2 years of related experience preferred + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists + Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form + Proficient in personal computer skills including MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, electronic mail, record keeping, and routine database activity **Essential Functions & Responsibilities:** + Prepare and review accounting journal entries and ledger account reconciliations + Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals + Use the Company’s Treasury Management system, ERP system, and various banking portals + Prepare daily Treasury payments + Monitor daily cash balances and funding needs for the Enterprise + Assist in Enterprise cash forecasting and review + Assist with the administration and accounting for the Company’s Intercompany Lending and Cash Pooling program + Assist in the preparation and analysis of bank fee budgets and forecasts + Participate in the implementation of current and future Treasury and Finance systems + Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed **Schedule:** + Monday to Friday + 4 days onsite / 1 remote day If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply now to join a thriving company and enhance your career in accounting! **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
