The Commissions Accounting team is seeking a candidate to fill an Accountant position. They will be responsible for analyzing, forecasting and reporting data for the Commissions Accounting function.

 

This position will be working in Tulsa, OK with a flexible work arrangement combing home and in office. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with an 8 hour set schedule work day between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities Prepare forecast analysis report and propose appropriate accrual journalsIdentify and perform audit control tasksEnsure all assigned account reconciliations are completed in a timely mannerPerform monthly close dutiesQuery the rental database and product reports Analyze and maintain commission and rebate accounts in applicable system, ensuring appropriate accrual is booked to the general ledgerCoordinate with various departments in finance, sales and marketing departments to identify new contractual commission structures, obtain current contracts, and understand trends in the industry that may affect accrual methodsParticipate in special projects as assigned (reservation/rental research, create database reports, calculation of payment discrepancies, identifying errors in applicable systems and proposing payment resolutions)Assist with managing and resolving inbound commission payment inquiries from internal and external customersPromote teamwork, encourage participation in meetings and help identify opportunities for improvement and/or cross trainingSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
