Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in New York, New York, United States. In this role, you will be working within the luxury brand industry, handling various accounting functions and utilizing different accounting software systems. Responsibilities include: • Organizing and managing data effectively. • Overseeing the charge back process to ensure smooth operations. • Assisting in the approval of invoices to maintain financial accuracy. • Utilizing ERP Solutions and Dynamics NAV to improve accounting processes. • Performing account analysis and reconciliation for accuracy and completeness. • Handling accounting entries in accordance with industry standards. • Using Adobe Acrobat for document management and data sharing. • Ensuring accurate account coding to maintain financial integrity. • Managing Accounts Payable (AP) to keep financial records up to date. • Using various Accounting Software Systems for efficient accounting operations.
