Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accountant - Entry Level in Azusa, California. The individual will be part of our Manufacturing industry team and will be tasked with various accounting functions, including processing and maintaining customer credit applications and records. Responsibilities: • Handle account coding tasks efficiently. • Utilize accounting software systems for various operations. • Utilize Sage in daily functions. • Perform account analysis and account reconciliation tasks. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations. • Carry out accounting entries as per established guidelines. • Be involved in receiving inventory management. • Maintain and clean up errors in the WMS system for Warehouse. • Utilize intermediate knowledge of Excel in managing tasks. • Ensure accurate record keeping of customer credit data Requirements • Possession of skills in Account Coding, essential for the accurate categorization and recording of financial transactions. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems, to facilitate efficient financial management and reporting. • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, to enable document management and collaboration. • Experience with Dynamics NAV, to aid in business planning and financial management. • Knowledge of ERP Solutions, critical for integrated and streamlined business processes. • Ability in Account Analysis, to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making. • Capability in making Accounting Entries, crucial for the proper recording of financial transactions. • Mastery of various Accounting Functions, to support the comprehensive management of the company's finances. • Expertise in Account Reconciliation, necessary for verifying the accuracy of financial data. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), to manage the company's obligations to suppliers and creditors.
