Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accountant - Entry Level in the industry located in Pasadena, California, United States. The role calls for a detail-oriented individual skilled in accounting entries, account reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities: • Carry out daily accounting entries as part of the financial operations. • Aid in the process of bank deposits ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. • Support the process of bank reconciliations, verifying and rectifying any discrepancies. • Assist in the management of tax payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and manage financial data and records. Requirements • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Applicant must hold a minimum of 1+years of experience in an accounting role. • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey financial information. • Familiar with standard accounting software for managing financial transactions. • Possesses strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
