Description We are seeking an entry-level accountant to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing financial data, overseeing the charge back process, and approving invoices. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the charge back process to ensure smooth financial operations. • Accurately organize and compile financial data for easy access and reference. • Utilize accounting software systems effectively to perform accounting functions. • Perform account analysis to identify and correct any discrepancies. • Use ERP Solutions and Dynamics NAV for efficient management of accounting entries. • Execute the process of invoice approval, ensuring all financial regulations are adhered to. • Reconcile accounts payable and other accounts to maintain accurate records. • Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management and data presentation. • Perform account coding as part of the data organization process. • Regularly review and reconcile account records to maintain accuracy.
