Contribute to our client’s financial success! Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The main function of this role is to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients. Responsibilities: + Invoice Generation (75%-80%) : Process accounts payable vouchering and client invoicing daily. This involves a manual, multi-step process that requires handling high volumes of transactions. + Financial Analysis (20%-25%) : Once proficient in AP vouchering, responsibilities will expand to include reconciliations and journal entries. This requires a solid understanding of debits/credits and P&L balance sheets. + Financial Reporting : Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. + System Development : Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems. + Balance Sheet Reconciliations : Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations by required deadlines. Skills and Qualifications: + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles to work. + Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting. + A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related financial discipline is required.
