If you’re eager to apply your skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a leading organization, we encourage you to **APPLY NOW!** **Responsibilities – Accountant I** + Monitor and control **accounts payable, vendor registration, and company payments** for expenses. + Support **payment systems and procedures** across teams. + Perform **daily bank reconciliation and monthly bank closing** . + Manage **fixed asset expenditures, registration, modifications, and biannual asset counts** . + Prepare various reports for **financial monthly closing and reporting** . + Ensure compliance with **company policies and internal controls** . + Communicate with internal teams to resolve **expense corrections and outstanding corporate card expenditures** . + Provide **vendor registration guidance** , validate required documents, and verify vendor/bank details. + Prepare and fulfill **Internal Control Assessment Tests for K-SOX and external financial audits** . + Document work processes and develop **training materials** for accounting procedures. + Reconcile **financial discrepancies** by collecting and analyzing account information. + Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management** . + **1+ years** of relevant experience in **accounting & finance** . + Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate level)** . + Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate **global financial closing and HQ communication needs** . **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong understanding of **accounting principles and cash flow management** . + Critical thinking and analytical skills. + Detail-oriented with strong **organizational skills** . + Effective and professional **interpersonal communication** . + Ability to **move or carry objects** as needed for inventory counting or job-related tasks. **Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
