Job Description:

Review reports to verify the accuracy of amounts.Request W9 and banking information for all new vendors.Maintain vendor records and address any inquiries related to invoices and paymentsPrepare vendor invoices using information from reports.Generate accounts payable activity reports, including aged payables and payment status.Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.Performing duties/reports/analyses as requested.
