Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Prepare technical accounting memos for complex or non-standard transactions, including lease accounting (ASC 842), consolidation assessments (ASC 810), financing transactions, and revenue recognition Participate in the identification, research, and communication of accounting implications in relation to new business transactions and ventures or other non-routine events with the impacted business units, countries or functional departments Support the continuous creation, review and update of global accounting policies, as well as working closely with GMF controllership function, in reviewing existing policies to determine those requiring update, clarification, expansion, or modification Support training of appropriate personnel globally on accounting rules and policies Undertake special projects and support Global Finance and Controllership initiatives, as needed Lead and identify process improvement initiatives for the Technical Accounting team Qualifications What makes you a dream candidate?
