Description

As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise and leadership in preparing and reviewing financial information for decision-making and reporting. You will use your experience, innovation, and judgment to handle a diverse range of assignments while leading and mentoring others. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing business processes through technology and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs. An eye for improvement opportunities and the ability to tackle complex problems are keys to success.

Responsibilities:

- Perform month-end activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, management reporting, and variance analysis.

- Prepare, maintain, and develop schedules, reports, and analyses for internal and external customers.

- Provide and review documentation and explanations for audit processes.

- Prepare deferred revenue schedules.

- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

- Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting.

- Preferred: Minimum of three years of experience in revenue accounting.

- Preferred: Experience in accounting and data analytics/automation and/or CPA certification.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to understand and work with complex processes and accounting systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills.

- Experience collaborating with upper leadership and reporting financial analysis.

- Preferred: Familiarity with US GAAP.

- Preferred: Experience with financial software such as Essbase, Smartview, and Oracle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
