 This position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the accounting department and other managers within the Mill. The incumbent will perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.

The Job You Will Perform:

Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity.  Perform daily financial activities of the Mill Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities General reporting and data analysis Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling general ledger accounts, balancing books, and processing Non-Po invoices Journal voucher entries Receiving raw materials Perform Month-end Closing duties Provide miscellaneous administrative duties

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required, or 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles Minimum of Intermediate Excel Experience required SAP Experience preferred, not required Power BI experience helpful, not required Enthusiastic Customer focused Self-motivated Innovative Open minded--ability to accept and work through change High attention to details Strong Organizational skills Ability to resolve problems
