Are you an accounting professional ready to take your career to the next level? Use your experience and strong organizational skills in our fast-paced Accounting Department in our Tax team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with external advisors to prepare income tax and other tax filings for domestic and international operations Perform account reconciliations and analysis Perform tax research and analyses for domestic and international locations and business contracts Provide support for income tax provisions Research, investigate, and respond to tax notices and inquiries Provide domestic and international financial statement and tax audit support Assist with special projects as needed Requirements

5+ years of tax experience including working knowledge of tax law and codes Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Access Strong organizational skills Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work with a diverse team Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines Strong understanding of general accounting practices Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Bachelor's in Accounting, or in a related field with an Accounting Certificate or qualification, which meets the California CPA eligibility requirements Recommended Qualifications

Experience working in accounting for multiple entities Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP software Two or more years of experience with domestic and international direct tax
