Department/Unit: Financial Reporting Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $65,102.17 - $100,908.37 Responsible for the accounting and reporting on all non-debt investments and Foundation accounting. Non-debt Investmentsi. Responsible for daily, monthly and yearly accounting for all non-debt investment accounts for the following Campuses (Albany, GFH and CMH)ii. Responsible for all reporting and tracking relating to non-debt investments.iii. Manage the reporting on all non-debt investments both monthly and yearly.Foundation Accountingi. Responsible for aspects of the accounting, variance and reporting for Foundation (Development).ii. Preparation of monthly account reconciliations including pledges, cash on hand, distributions, insurance policies and reserves.iii. Engages in budget participation when needed.iv. Calculates net present value and reserves as well as tracks gifts to be determined.v. Assist in the compilation of monthly financial statements Other Itemsi. Involved in budget preparation, in collaboration with the Department and Asst. Director/Director of Reportingii. Performs special projects and analytical reports as requested by the Supervising Senior, Assistant Director of Financial Reporting, Director of Financial Reporting, Controller, Senior Vice President of Finance, or CFO. iii. Cooperates and works with Department Heads and other supervisory personnel as requested or needed.
