This position is responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts, conducting research and analysis, preparing, and posting general ledger entries.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile various general ledger accounts.
Responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving applicable variances.
Responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation of workpapers support for various assigned tasks.
Responsible for following internal controls, policies and procedures when completing assigned duties
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years Accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
Two to four years related work experience.
Demonstrate problem solving ability.
Advance Excel skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
Good ability to read and interpret technical research and accounting policies with minimal guidance.
Good technical and organization skills.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
