As a key member of the finance team, this role will assist in preparing and recording various transactions in our general ledgers, reconciliations, grant vouchers, accounts receivable analysis and support, local check writing, and resident trust accounting.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and record general ledger transactions, account analysis and reconciliation activities.Assist in the monthly financial closing process and other reporting projects.Participate in grant filing, annual audits, cost reporting and budgeting projects.Check Writing and Invoice Coding.Provide support to our senior housing billing processWhat you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (Other Degrees considered with supporting experience)One to three years of relevant financial experience preferably within the healthcare industry. Excellent accounting and financial reporting skills with a demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office. Specific proficiency in MS ExcelPay Range: $19.75 - $30.02
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
