We are seeking an Infrastructure Accounting Analyst for our data center team in Austin, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing exceptional growth. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to provide accounting and process guidance for decision-making and manage a significant portion of our infrastructure investment on the balance sheet. We are looking for a highly driven, energetic individual who can work well with internal and external partners at all levels.
ResponsibilitiesManage the accounting for several data center construction projects from record to report, including responsibility for month-end close processes and SOX controls.Own multiple balance sheet accounts and the corresponding sub-ledger for varying levels of complexity.Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Infrastructure Business Partners to understand broader business objectives, develop processes jointly, and provide accounting guidance.Identify process gaps and independently develop and implement solutions.Provide support to finance management and other cross-functional partners as needed, including ad hoc financial analysis, technical analysis, and special projects.Essential SkillsExcellent team player adept at working as part of a larger team located in different locations.BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.5 years of financial statement auditing, financial accounting, or similar experience.Experience analyzing large data sets and working with business partners to effect changes.Experience in optimizing or re-designing existing processes resulting from business needs.Additional Skills & QualificationsBig 4 audit experience.Experience with fixed assets.Experience with construction or public accounting.Understanding of Internal Controls.CPA or public accounting experience preferred.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite at our Austin, TX office. This role offers a great opportunity to lead, design, and implement changes to enhance the accounting and finance department structure and processes, with the potential to be extended or converted based on business needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
