About the role:
The candidate must be familiar with Invoicing procedures and experienced with submitting Invoices to various customer portals. The candidate must be familiar with communicating with customer as an when required and can look up documents to address and respond to queries raised by customers with regards to Invoicing.
Position reports to the Revenue Accounting Manager based out of HQ and collaborates with fellow on- and offshore Revenue Accountants.

What you will do:Assist with the billing process, incl. creation of billing documents in SAP and preparation of and submission of invoices to the customerAssist in timely responding to customer queries with regards to Invoices and coordinate information between Sales Operations, Sales tax and Collection teams.Participate in cross-functional training and onboarding activities related to revenue accounting matters , billing and revenue accounting close processParticipate in initiatives to improve and standardize the billing process
What we are looking for:Bachelors in AccountingMinimum 3 to 5 years of Invoicing experience Excellent teaming, interpersonal and strong written communication organizational skills and attention to detail.High motivation and hands-on mindset, willing to dive into the details Strong problem-solving attitudeExperience working with ERP and/or Revenue Accounting module is requiredAdvanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)Software Industry experience is preferredPrior SAP and RAR experience is requiredPrior experience with customer Portal invoice submission specific to Government Contracts and resolving issues with the customer is required
