Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation. ? Engage in the use of financial systems to collect and report data. ? Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). ? Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders when necessary. ? Assist in month-end close activities. ? Complete Excel spreadsheet analysis as directed. 2. Customer Service and Communication: ? Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and team members. ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ? Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills. 3. Policy and Procedure Compliance: ? Ensure office operations comply with company policies and regulations. ? Assist in creating or updating office procedures to improve efficiency. 4. Front of House Support: ? Assist in marketing initiatives, including coordinating and executing promotions. ? Collaborate on menu updates and changes to enhance guest experience. ? Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring accuracy. ? Partner with team members to implement creative ideas that align with seasonal and client-specific goals. ? Engage with guests to promote new offerings, gather feedback, and support overall satisfaction. Core Competencies: ? Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ? Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. ? High level of discretion and confidentiality. ? Creativity and adaptability in implementing marketing and promotional strategies. ? Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory and menu changes. Qualifications: ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus. ? 2+ years’ experience in field of general finance and/or accounting and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of general accounting functions preferred ? Experience in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot, lookups, and other advanced formulas), ability to pull data together with an eye for formatting/presentation, ? Exposure/Knowledge of SAP preferred ? Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred. Work Environment: This role typically operates in an office setting, requiring the ability to sit, type, and use office equipment for extended periods.
