Description We are seeking an Accounting Administrator for our operations in North Charleston, South Carolina. The Accounting Administrator will be tasked with managing our company's financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and payroll. The individual will be expected to handle account reconciliation, bookkeeping, data entry tasks, and some secretarial duties. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy • Manage monthly end close procedures and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met • Maintain precise records of all company financial transactions • Utilize Sage Accounting Software to maintain financial records • Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial reporting and analysis • Use QuickBooks for managing and tracking company's accounts • Perform account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of financial data. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Must be able to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is essential • Must have solid Bookkeeping skills • Should be adept at Data Entry tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary • Ability to manage Month End Close tasks is required • Experience with Payroll management is expected • Must have expertise in using QuickBooks • Familiarity with Sage Accounting Software is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
