Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Process payable invoices bookingAssist with collections processProcess vendor payments after branch approvalReview and approve cash requestsBe involved and suggest system / process improvementsBe open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into the departmentPlay a supporting role on projects that improve productivity standards

 

QualificationsGood accounting knowledgeEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active approach, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

 

Additional Information

In office position with Monday-Friday 8a-5p hours.
