Analyst will have specialized knowledge of own discipline or function and may interpret internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. **Primary Responsibilities** + Assists in preparation detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management + Contributes to process improvements and makes recommendations on occasion + Researches and responds to technical accounting inquiries from our business partners + Analyzes and resolves problems using prescribed guidelines or policies + Completes ad-hoc reporting or other special projects as they arise + May act as a resource for associates with less experience + Creates and maintains databases, documentation, and data in a meaningful format + Works independently and receives minimal guidance This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a directly related field + Three (3) years in public accounting or industry with reporting, policy, or financial analysis experience **Certifications/Licensures** + Certified Public Accountant Licensure (CPA) **Preferences** + Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Master's degree in Finance + Experience within a financial services industry **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to research, analyze data, and drive appropriate solutions + Ability to work under moderate guidance + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) + Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills + Strong work ethic and self-motivation + Strong attention to detail This position will assist with the forecasting and budgeting process for occupancy and Corporate Real Estate department. **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
