As the Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all the Accounts Receivable functions are adequate reconciled, identified and report the discrepancies related to all the Accounts Receivables activities, ensure that all the DHL policies related to the Accounts Receivables, cash, and petty cash and all other related polices are understood, and adhered to all the times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily responses to the emails related to all AR queries to include but not limited to placing account on hold.
• Daily validation of the customs payment requested for GTW.
• Daily reconciliation and follow up of all CRA, CAA, and CAP activities and accounts.
• Daily reconciliation of the all-card machines from POS agents and couriers.
• Weekly Audit of all card machines assigned to POS and couriers to ensure they are accounted for and all settlements are done daily.
• Daily reconciliation of customers account to ensure payments are updated in SAP to eliminate stop credit.
• Daily updating of cash lodgment tracker and ensuring all lodgments sent to the bank from KIN & KINGTW are credited to the DHL bank a/c on time.
• Nightly preparation of cash lodgment for Hawkeye pick-up.
• Weekly Reconciliation of DVRA report and confirmation email of proof.
• Weekly Reconciliation of RPA Account, and confirmation email of the proof.
• Confirming of online payments to the related parties, local and SSC team.
• Control and monitor all credit note request.
• Assist the banking and cash team with queries when requested.
• Any other finance related duties assigned to you by your supervisor or manager when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
\n•Associate Degree in Finance. Business Administration OR
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
•Professional certification and/or licensure as applicable to assigned specialty area.
•Prior experience in similar positions with 3 years’ experience.
•English 100% (Written & Oral)
