They are seeking a talented Accounting Analyst to strengthen their accounting operations and manage a growing volume of customer transactions. What You’ll Do: + Financial Analytics: Assist with and lead financial analysis projects to support a broad spectrum of functional teams. + Own A/R Processes: Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and timely posting of payments and adjustments. + Reconciliations: Reconcile A/R accounts to pinpoint and resolve discrepancies. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. + Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Installation, and Customer Service teams to streamline billing and collections. + Customer Engagement: Resolve billing inquiries, answer account questions, and ensure great customer experiences. Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Degree in accounting (or related field) OR demonstrated AR and/or analytical experience + Strong Excel skills (data analytics, pivot tables, etc.) + A team player with strong communication skills and cultural adaptability. + Experience with a large ERP is ideal!
