Compiles data necessary to complete reports and maintains relevant records. **What you will do** + Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts + Review journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by others + Identify and interpret new reporting and disclosure requirements + Provide accurate and timely financial analysis + Support financial statement schedules + Coordinate accounting matters with other departments and locations + Research, analyze, and proactively seek solutions to existing/new processes + Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned. + Claim setup, processing, tracking + Onboarding, maintenance, off boarding of groups + Quality Control & Internal Audit + Review invoices for reasonability and accuracy and make any necessary adjustments in the billing system + Identifying, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies related to product pricing, volumes, and account setup using various computer billing systemsComplete projects distributed by management as needed **Required Qualifications** + 1+ years of accounting, reconciliation experience and/or banking experience + 1+ years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Problem solving and teamwork skills ​ **Preferred Qualifications** + Understanding of accounting concepts + AR or Billing experience a plus + Customer service experience a plus **Education** + Associates or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other closely related field. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
