Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a dedicated Accounting and Payroll Specialist in Jackson, Michigan. In this role, you will be expected to manage and maintain accurate financial records, process customer applications, and respond to customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications. • Maintain precise customer credit records. • Utilize accounting software systems for financial management. • Handle accounts payable and receivable. • Manage billing functions and check processing. • Operate QuickBooks for financial tasks. • Oversee full cycle payroll. • Administer employee benefits. • Prepare union reports. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis.
