Poly-America, L.P. is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting department. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.
Responsibilities
Accounting Assistants at Poly-America are responsible for the processing of general administrative functions within the accounting department. These responsibilities include, but not limited to: processing expense reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and processing A/P invoices. This position will also entail ten-key and alphanumeric data entry into different types of databases. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
Qualifications
Administrative experienceMS Excel skills.The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Poly-America processes and procedures.
