The Accounting Assistant job in Auburn, Maine requires a person who is comfortable working with daily bank reporting, payroll, and collections. In addition,  responsibilities will include general ledger entries, Sales and use tax reporting and month end activities. This is a full time, 1st shift position.

Accounting Assistant Qualifications:  2 Years of experience in Accounting with Collections Paychex software experience desired Strong MS office -especially Excel Experience with multiple currencies preferred 
Accounting Assistant Details: Schedule:  Monday-Thurs 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Range: $23+/hour Start Date: ASAP
