Accounting Assistant- - Hudson Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Accounting Assistant. Essential Functions of this position are to record payments to customers accounts and to maintain accounts receivable records by performing the following duties:   +  Prepare daily deposits and fill out receivable control sheet daily. +  Maintain and update accounts receivable ledger by customer. +  Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers as requested. +  Process daily credit card deposits. +  Research and process customer claims of invoice payments. +  Research and process charge backs, returns and bad checks. +  Answer account receivable phone inquiries and follow ups. +  Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing is a plus but not a requirement.
